- Reservations are accepted for groups of two or more people.
Restrictions
- Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by exercise, or those who are pregnant, should refrain from participating. (This includes conditions such as excessively high or low blood pressure, osteoporosis, brain diseases, heart diseases, glaucoma, and hernias.)
- We do not allow companions who are not participating in the experience.
What to Bring
- Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. (Swimwear is preferred.)
- Please bring your own towel and drinks such as water.
Additional Info
- We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents that occur as a result of not following the instructor's instructions.
- We recommend that you have your meal at least two hours before your lesson.
- Those who are prone to motion sickness may experience symptoms similar to seasickness during SUP yoga. If you feel unwell, please inform the instructor immediately.
