    Kanucha Resort Dog Stay Conditions ・Only small to medium-sized dogs weighing 12kg or less and over 6 months old, who are normally kept indoors, are permitted. ・Dogs must be well-trained, not barking excessively, jumping on people, or biting. ・A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room. An additional charge of 6,000 yen per night will apply for the second dog. ・Dogs must have received rabies and combined vaccinations at least two weeks but less than one year prior to arrival. Vaccination certificates must be presented at check-in. ・Dogs must be free from infectious diseases, fleas, ticks, and other parasites. ・Female dogs in heat (within 4 weeks of the start of their cycle) or pregnant dogs are not permitted to stay. ・In addition, we may refuse accommodation if your dog is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests. Stargazing and Night Walk with Your Dog - Dog Participation Conditions ・Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. ・Please bring all necessary items for your dog (leash, etc.). ・Dogs must be kept in a carrier in areas where dogs are prohibited. ・During the tour, owners must keep their dogs on a short leash and maintain distance from other guests. ・Guide staff may require you to put your dog in a carrier at their discretion. ・The hotel will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents involving your dog, except in cases of hotel negligence. ・Please be considerate of other guests, some of whom may be afraid of animals or have allergies. We ask for your cooperation to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.
