  • Children, including infants, who occupy a seat will be charged the child's fare.
  • When children under 6 years old and people aged 6 years and older are traveling together, one child under 6 years old who does not occupy a seat travels free of charge for each person aged 6 years and older. A child's fare will be required for the second and subsequent children.
  • Reservations can only be made using a credit card. Customers who prefer not to use a credit card can book by charging the room bill. For more details, please contact the leisure counter.

  • The bus will depart on time.
  • Please note that arrival times may be slightly delayed due to traffic congestion or accidents.
  • Please allow at least 60 minutes for connecting flights etc.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all seats on the bus, and all seats are unreserved.
  • Depending on the number of passengers, there may be restrictions on the amount of luggage allowed.
  • We will not be making any stops for restroom breaks during the journey, so please use the restroom before boarding.
  • In case of cancellation due to customer's circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged starting from the day of the reservation. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made up to two hours before the scheduled departure time, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled departure time.
